Who is Chef Joe?
Davidson is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and holds the title of Certified Executive Chef. He founded Sis's Cafe & Catering in 2001, transforming it from a modest catering service into a full-service restaurant and catering business. His commitment to using fresh, organic ingredients and preparing dishes from scratch has made the cafe a local favorite.​
